Feedback, one click away

A feedback tool for a system of apps. It lives in the header that every app shares, so users can take a screenshot or record a video and send it without leaving what they are doing.

Before

A screenshot, a video, a spreadsheet

Users took screenshots, or recorded videos with another app, and put them into an Excel table. Next to each one they added the link to the app it came from, wrote text and priority.

The form

Quick and easy

The tool already knows who is sending the feedback, from which app, and what was captured. The user only adds what nobody else can.

The other side

The same table, without the copying

Everything that used to be typed into the spreadsheet now arrives in the Feedback list on its own. The design and development team reviews it there.
